DJI PHANTOM 4

This was the first drone I ever bought and my filmmaking and photography has never been the same since. Although I use the Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian Edition as my main drone, this Phantom 4 in classic white is my backup drone in case I ever need a second drone or in case anything ever goes wrong with my Obsidian. For the price that this drone currently sells for, you can’t go wrong with the stellar image quality and amazing camera angles you can get from the air. POLARPRO PHANTOM 4 PRO ND FILTERS

Although DJI lessened the need for ND filters with the adjustable aperture in the new “Pro” model of the Phantom 4, make no mistake: you’ll still need them - especially in harsh lighting conditions. You probably won’t need as many ND filters as you’ll need on the base model DJI Phantom 4 (see below), but these are the three ND filters I recommend you pick up for your DJI Phantom 4 Pro. They’ll come in handy so that you’re never limited by what you can film in certain lighting situations.

Because there is no adjustable aperture in the base model of the DJI Phantom 4, you’ll need several ND filters to adjust the amount of light entering your drone’s lens, thus allowing you to obey the 180-degree rule when filming. Now that you’ve got those motors protected with motor caps, the next order of business is protecting the gimbal and lens. If there’s one part of your drone that you want to keep completely protected (aside from the lens and gimbal of course), it’s the motors. The motors are the life and blood of your drone and you’re going to want to keep them in the best shape possible. To do that, you’re going to need some good protection during transport. That’s where these things come in. For only a couple bucks, these silicone motor covers slip right on and off of your Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro motors. I don’t bring my drones anywhere without them and, in my opinion, are a must-have for any drone owner.

DJI PHANTOM 4 HARNESS

Let’s face it. Flying drones isn’t easy. At any given time while your quadcopter’s in the air, you have a million different things you have to pay attention to and focus on. Wearing this harness takes having to worry about dropping your remote controller out of the equation while also improving movement accuracy because of the increased thumb control you’ll get. Whenever I have to fly my copter and get very precise with my drone movements, I throw on this harness on to ensure the most cinematic shots possible with my DJI Phantom 4 Pro and DJI Phantom 4.
